If you or a family member receive a summons or are arrested, you will need immediate advice.

You need to be certain of the position even during the course of an initial interview and we always recommend that you are legally represented. Sometimes a telephone call will suffice, but otherwise, as necessary, we will arrange for one of our representatives to attend with you at a Police Station, at any time of the day or night.

If matters go beyond that, we will represent you at all stages in the court process. We will ensure that your interests are protected throughout.

In certain circumstances because of the franchise we hold we are able to obtain public funding (legal aid) depending on the type of offence.
